Shipping & Delivery
How long does it take to ship my order?
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. If there is a holiday, we will handle the order immediately on the next working day. Shipping times may vary depending on the destination.

Do you offer international shipping?

Product & Compatibility
Can I use DOACE voltage converters in Europe or Asia?
Sure. Our voltage converters support a wide input range of 100V to 240V and come with multiple international plug adapters that are compatible with over 200 countries, including those in the EU, UK, Australia, and many parts of Asia. If you're traveling to a less common destination and are unsure whether the converter will work there, feel free to contact our customer support — they’ll be happy to help you confirm.
Can DOACE converters power hair dryers or curling irons?
Our high-wattage models (such as LC-C30 and LC-X35) support devices rated up to 350–500W. Please make sure to check the wattage of your device before use, and do not use appliances that exceed the rated power.
Note: Dyson hair dryers and devices with electronic (non-mechanical) switches are not compatible.
What's the difference between a voltage converter and a plug adapter?
A plug adapter only changes the shape of the plug — it does not convert voltage. DOACE voltage converters, on the other hand, adjust the voltage to a safe level suitable for your devices, making them ideal for international travel. Most of our products come with commonly used plug types and are compatible with outlets in over 200 countries.
Returns & Warranty
What if my product is defective or not working?
We offer a 1-year warranty on all our products. If your item is defective, please contact our support team with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or videos if possible.
Can I return or exchange my product?
Yes, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. Please contact us before returning to get instructions.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.
