How can I track my order?

Tracking your order with DOACE is simple and straightforward. Here’s how you can do it:

  1. Order Confirmation Email: After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your order details. This email will include a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
  2. Tracking Number: When your order has been dispatched, you will receive another email with your tracking number. Use this number to monitor the progress of your shipment.
  3. Carrier Website: You can also visit the carrier’s website (such as UPS, FedEx, or DHL) and enter your tracking number for real-time updates on your shipment.
  4. Customer Support: If you encounter any issues tracking your order, please contact our customer support team at team@doace.com or call us at 13823516087. Our team is available from 8 am to 6 pm EST, Monday to Friday, and we will respond to you within 24 hours.

What is the return policy?

At DOACE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you encounter any quality issues with our products, you can return them within 7 days of purchase. The items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them. Please provide a receipt or proof of purchase when initiating a return.

If the return is due to consumer reasons, you will be responsible for the shipping costs. However, if the return is due to our error, such as damaged or incorrect items, we will cover the shipping costs. To initiate a return, please email us at team@doace.com with your request. Once we confirm your return, we will send you a prepaid return label.

Refunds will be processed once the returned items are received and inspected. You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund. Do you provide a warranty for your products?
