4. Warranty Process

  2. Review & Resolution:
    • Claims are reviewed within 24 hours. Repairs or replacements are completed within 3-7 business days (longer for remote areas).
  3. Return Shipping:
    • Ship the product to our service center as instructed (shipping costs covered by DOACE).

5. Limitations
